Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale implementation, project management, and technical services teams
Build and execute a modern enterprise onboarding strategy to enhance client satisfaction
Champion digital transformation initiatives utilizing AI and automation for efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field
10+ years of professional services experience
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within Customer Success or Professional Services
Proven ability to lead teams and manage departmental budgets
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives, ideally involving AI and automation
