Lead Residential HVAC Installer

All Heart Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer to oversee our installation team while performing residential installs in the Bakersfield, CA area.

This HVAC technician position typically works Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3 : 30 pm . We pay our Lead Residential HVAC Installers a competitive wage of $28-$40 per hour , depending on experience, plus performance spiffs .

• 5+ years of heating and cooling experience
• Ability to work in a team environment

Completion of HVAC trade school and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) certification is preferred. If you meet the above requirements, we need you.
