Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Development to lead a team focused on generating high-quality pipeline opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable outreach strategies to drive qualified pipeline growth

Manage, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to optimize team performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation in a B2B and / or SaaS environment

Experience managing a team of SDRs or similar roles
