Talent Sourcer
Zipdev is seeking a creative and resourceful Talent Sourcer to join our recruiting team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact with potential candidates and a key partner in our mission to connect top remote professionals from Latin America with innovative companies in the US.
Working within a specialized pod alongside a Recruiter, you will be responsible for building the talent pipeline for specific industry verticals. Your mission is to proactively identify, engage, and pre-qualify the high-caliber professionals who will become our future team members.
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who excels at research, enjoys building relationships, and wants to have a direct impact on our ability to deliver quality talent with speed and precision.
Responsibilities :
Own the Top of the Funnel : Drive the sourcing strategy for your pod, using your expertise to build a deep pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical and non-technical roles.
Proactive Sourcing & Engagement : Utilize your skills with LinkedIn, advanced Boolean search, and other creative channels to find and engage top passive talent.
Build the "Hot List" : Actively build and nurture our "Hot List" of pre-vetted, high-potential candidates, ensuring we have a warm pipeline for our most critical roles.
Initial Candidate Screening : Conduct initial screening calls and administer assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and motivation, ensuring only well-matched talent moves forward in the process.
Market Intelligence : Collaborate with your Recruiter partner to analyze market trends and provide insights on talent pools to continuously refine your sourcing strategy.
