Chief Operating Officer
Role : Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Company : Fast growing, highly profitable, private equity backed, 25 Annual growth, global innovative company specializing in consumer / commercial innovative technical products.

Overview : A newly established position integral to the company's amazing growth, the Chief Operating Officer (COO), directly reporting to our CEO, will assume supervision of operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, human resources, and logistics.
Notably, sales and marketing will directly report to the President. The COO's responsibilities extend beyond overseeing it involves strategic development and execution of improved efficiencies and cost-reduction plans.
Building and maintaining associations with key vendors and suppliers is also pivotal, enabling access to cost-effective resources optimal for achieving strategic manufacturing, product development, production, and sales objectives.
To be effective in this capacity, the COO needs to have a solid background in similar capacities within manufacturing and engineering product companies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field
- A background within manufacturing and engineering product companies.
- Proven experience in understanding and application of business principles, financial literacy
- Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and market insight to make informed decisions and drive organizational success.
- 10+ years of experience in products, engineering, or manufacturing operations Strong leadership skills with COO experience in organizations with over 100 employees
