Havas Media Network North America, the Media Experience agency, is looking for a Director to join the Paid Search Team, part of our global community of 10,000 team members who are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference to brands, businesses, and people. Havas Media is looking for a Director, Paid Search with experience managing complex paid search engagements, leading junior level staff, and working with demanding clients in multiple industry verticals such as Financial Services, Pharma, and / or Retail for example.

A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE :

• Create and manage campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and target s
• Ensure best practice set up and ongoing management of campaigns
• Oversee optimization of campaigns manually and through utilization of bid management tools
• Complete and manage the forecast and plan of monthly budgets in line with client objectives
• Development and planning of performance media strategy largely independently
• Management of direct reports to effectively manage & optimize campaigns

Reporting & Analysis

Team Management

Responsible for all your team's daily operations

Overseeing accurate and timely finance administration and budget

Take a lead role in recruitment for the Paid Search team

Performance Innovation
