We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Payable Analyst . This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of vendor payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting month-end close processes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about process improvement and financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues.
Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
Experience with automated AP systems and ERP platforms.
Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.
Familiarity with international payment processes and tax regulations.
Pay Details : $58,000.00 to $66,000.00 per year
