Our client has been developing and producing battery storage-based platform solutions - a combination of highly integrated battery storage and in-house software solutions for over ten years.

In the field of e-mobility, their system enables ultra-fast charging of electric vehicles, even on a power-limited grid, and their product supports other grid-serving functionalities such as the optimization of self-consumption or peak-shaving.

This organization is transforming the energy system from dependence on fossil fuels towards a renewable energy supply. Their vision is to move the energy system from a centralized one to a decentralized, intelligent, cross-platform one, with storage-based platform solutions being important building blocks on the path to tomorrow's renewable energy supply.

Sales DirectorLocation : California (remote)We are looking for a collaborative hunter to help us build our US install-base by selling proven German technology within lucrative market verticals.

This market is emerging and experience with selling capital equipment and navigating 6-18 month sales cycles are essential for this role.Stand-out candidates bring :

  • A passion for renewable energy and / or electric vehicles and the zeal to share the message with potential buyers
  • Demonstrated capital equipment sales success
  • Big company and small company experience, yielding an appreciation for process in support of sales
  • 10-15 years’ experience and demonstrated facility with all phases of the lead generation, qualification, closing, and contracting processes
  • BS degree in a technical field, or equivalent work experience and proven ability to understand and communicate technical and product application details to non-technical prospects
  • Self-motivation to progress every day, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding assigned targets and personal goalsQualifications :
