Responsible for full cycle recruitmentConsult with hiring managers to ascertain needs within each departmentManage the job postings processReview resumes and pre-screen candidatesSchedule candidate interviews with hiring managersConducts phone interviews, office interviewsUnderstands HR policy and practices benefits, work rules, pre-offer requirements, etc.Desired Qualifications :
Healthcare Experience Required2 years of HR Management experience, including recruiting experience, required2 years payroll processing experience requiredMust have Strong knowledge of Federal and FL employment laws and regulationsStaffing Coordination experience preferredMUST HAVE NURSING AND REHAB EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE (LTC)Must speak BilingualSalary Range 66K-69K
