Job description
A company is looking for a Manager of Physician Coding Quality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise coding staff to ensure accurate code assignment for outpatient and professional services
Monitor performance and quality through audits, data review, and feedback
Develop and deliver ongoing training and manage hiring and onboarding of coding team members
Qualifications
Associates degree in Business or related field required
Minimum 3 years of physician outpatient coding experience
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience required
Active AAPC or AHIMA coding certification required
Experience with Epic, Solventum, or similar EMR / coding software
