The Maintenance Manager will oversee all plant assets—including equipment, facilities, and systems—ensuring efficient maintenance operations within budget. Will lead maintenance teams in supporting the production of products such as cups, containers, straws, and lids.

- The Maintenance Manager will lead and supervise maintenance personnel.
- Plan and execute maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and performance.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance programs.
- The Maintenance Manager will drive continuous improvement and lean initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, GMPs, OSHA, and FDA regulations.
- Monitor training, performance, and development of maintenance staff.
- The Maintenance Manager will maintain accurate records and manage maintenance-related budgets.
- Support equipment selection, installation, and vendor relations.
- The Maintenance Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree from an Engineering or Industrial Management field.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and production management.
- Technical expertise in maintenance trades, equipment function, and project management.
- The Maintenance Manager must have experience in foam; plastics manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using MS Office.
- English fluency required.
- Effective collaboration and cross-department coordination.
- The Maintenance Manager must be available for extended shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
