ProSidian seeks a HR Supervisor for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract : No Overtime Pay Basis. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Human Resources Functional Area Professional - HR Supervision Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a HR Supervision (HR Supervisor) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country / World).
Supervise HR assistants and coordinators.
Manage recruitment pipelines and onboarding processes.
Coordinate training programs and professional development activities.
Resolve escalated employee inquiries or complaints.
Monitor HR compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Desired Qualifications For HR Supervisor | Human Resources Candidates :
Experience managing HR operations and teams.
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in supervision.
Primarily focused on Professional and Management Development Training initiatives and aligned with the activities.
Leadership, multitasking, interpersonal communication.
Teamwork ability to foster teamwork collaboratively as a participant, and effectively as a team leader
Leadership ability to guide and lead colleagues on projects and initiatives
Business Acumen understanding and insight into how organizations perform, including business processes, data, systems, and people
Communication ability to effectively communicate to stakeholders of all levels orally and in writing
Motivation persistent in pursuit of quality and optimal client and company solutions
Agility ability to quickly understand and transition between different projects, concepts, initiatives, or work streams
Judgment exercises prudence and insight in decision-making process while mindful of other stakeholders and long-term ramifications
Organization ability to manage projects and activity, and prioritize tasks
Business Tools understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office. The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
