Position Overview

As the Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you will work with a Partner Solutions Director to creative excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for internal accounts. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute to strategic planning, oversee creative initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative work while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.

What You'll Bring

Strong creative judgment with a proven ability to deliver innovative and impactful work. Ability to align creative approaches with broader business goals and client priorities. Experience managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment. A meticulous approach to quality control for both digital and print materials. 5-7 years in a creative or marketing leadership role, with experience in real estate or a regulated industry preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with project management tools. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders. Resourceful and proactive in addressing challenges and ensuring successful outcomes.
