Job Description
Anago of Hampton Roads has an immediate opening for a Inside Sales Associate at our Regional Office in Virginia Beach, VA.
This is a critical position in *Anago of Hampton Roads* organizational success. This role drives activity for the Salespeople through daily prospecting consisting of cold calling, follow-up's and other proactive efforts.
A successful candidate will be able to build rapport with prospects over the phone, utilize a systematic outreach approach and possess a fearless attitude as it relates to activity.

Responsibilities include :
- Making outbound calls utilizing the database to establish appointments for Salespeople.
- Efficiently communicate & coordinate set appointments to Salespeople.
- Keep notes, information and updates organized in the CRM.
- Follow ups including return calls and emails.
Skills / Requirements :
- Personable, dynamic, energetic and ambitious personality, able to establish trust.
- Organized person with strong time management skills.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Calendar).
- Tenacious follow up and strong work ethic.
- Positive Can-Do attitude.
- Prior Call Center and / or Sales Experience minimum 1 year.
- Excellent verbal skills and written communication skills.
