Job description

Corporate & Investment Banking Lead Business Execution Consultant

The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. A trusted partner to our clients, we provide corporate and transactional banking; commercial real estate lending and servicing; investment banking; equity; and fixed income solutions including sales, trading, and research capabilities to corporate, commercial real estate, government, and institutional clients across the globe. The Lead Business Execution Consultant will play a critical role in supporting the CIB Elevate Transformation Office, which serves as the central orchestrator of strategic change initiatives across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB). This role is responsible for driving execution discipline, enabling cross-functional alignment, and ensuring progress against transformation goals.

In this role, you will :

  • Partner with Journey Owners and business leaders to support end-to-end execution of transformation initiatives, including cost-to-serve analysis, process redesign, and operating model shifts.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor initiative progress, savings realization, and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate intake and triage of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with CIB's strategic priorities and governance standards.
  • Support the development of business cases, including baseline assessments, opportunity sizing, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Finance, Technology, Operations, and HR to ensure integrated execution and dependency management.
  • Assist in the preparation of executive-level materials for CIB OpCo and other governance forums.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of standardized frameworks, tools, and templates to drive consistency and transparency across transformation efforts.

Required Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Previous experience creating executive level communication (email, PowerPoint, content creation etc.)
  • Understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking operations, with experience in areas such as lending, capital markets, or trading
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, translate data into actionable insights, and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills across functional, business, and enterprise teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and simplicity
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities
  • Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
