Job description10+ years in performance testing, focusing on complex enterprise systems 10+ years as a Performance Test Architect responsible for developing test strategies, designing, planning, and executing performance tests in the public sector industry 10+ years using HP LoadRunner toolset for performance testing Extensive knowledge of network technologies Understanding of performance test criteria such as variance, repetition, capacity limitations, and impacts on adjacent systems Knowledge of RDBMS and data structures in Oracle, MS-SQL, and DB2 Experience with SOAP and XML protocols Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with Java application development Possession of Performance Test Certifications Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (Masters preferred)
