Head of Business Analytics

A company is looking for a Head of Business Analytics to join their Strategy Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of a company-wide data and business analytics strategy

Build scalable business analytics processes and infrastructure for consistent reporting

Drive technology migration and establish data governance frameworks for accuracy and accessibility

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in business intelligence, data science, or analytics roles

Experience with modern data stack tools including SQL and data visualization platforms

Proven track record of managing cross-functional executive stakeholders

Working knowledge of data transformation tools such as DBT and Snowflake

Experience leading teams through technology migrations and establishing data governance frameworks
