We are looking for an experienced Chief of Staff to join the team and help accelerate growth.
Responsibilities Support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Business Officer (CBO) in defining and executing strategic priorities, with a focus on scaling the company with existing and new customers / partners.
Drive execution of high-priority initiatives such as fundraising, investor relations, strategic partnerships, and major customer pursuits.
Track KPIs including ARR, sales pipeline health, and market expansion goals, ensuring visibility and accountability at the leadership level.
Lead preparation and follow-through for board meetings, investor updates, and key executive presentations.
Lead weekly Leadership Team meetings, aligning around company priorities and driving towards outcomes with a focus on accountability.
Oversee key projects, ensuring timely progress and alignment with organizational goals.
Connect dots across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment with company strategy.
Monitor market and competitive landscape to help identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
Own strategic projects such as new product launches and key go-to-market initiatives.
Build and refine internal operations to improve clarity and speed.
Represent the executive team in external settings (customers, partners, industry conferences) to elevate Teal’s visibility and credibility.
Act as a trusted thought partner, sounding board, and problem-solver for the CEO and CBO.
Qualifications 3 to 5+ years in strategy, management consulting, venture-backed startups, or senior leadership roles; direct Chief of Staff or strategy / ops experience strongly preferred.
Track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in high-growth, high-ambiguity environments.
Deep understanding of B2B enterprise SaaS, telecom, Physical AI, or adjacent technology sectors (preferred).
Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize market, financial, and operational data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication skills, including executive-level presentations, investor messaging, and external representation.
Adept at prioritization and project management; able to move seamlessly from board-level strategy to tactical execution.
Highly trusted advisor with discretion, judgment, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
Comfortable representing the CEO and CBO in high-stakes internal and external conversations.
Entrepreneurial mindset (scrappy, resourceful, and energized by scaling a company in a competitive market).
MBA or similar degree preferred but not required.
