In this role, you will oversee the technical direction of our engineering efforts, mentor a talented team of developers, and contribute to building scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails. This is a leadership role requiring hands-on development experience, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Technical Leadership :

Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Ruby on Rails applications.

Mentor and guide a team of engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve the development process.
