Process high-volume invoices with accuracy and timelines.Review and verify supporting documentation, coding, and approvals.Assist with 3-way match procedures and vendor reconciliations.Prepare and process check runs, ACH transfers, and expense reimbursements.Monitor and resolve vendor inquiries; maintain strong supplier relationships.Support month-end close activities.Maintain organized Accounts Payable records and ensure compliance with company policies.Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, land, and finance teams.Qualifications for the Accounting Associate role :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.2+ years of Accounts Payable experienceMS Excel : IntermediateHigh level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.Oil and Gas experience is a plus
