Ar / Ap Specialist

We are seeking an AR / AP Specialist to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting, either through an associate's degree or equivalent work experience. The specialist will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and payable tasks, support bookkeeping, and assist with financial operations.

Responsibilities include :

• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely
• Assist with general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional accounting projects
• Learn and support higher-level accounting tasks as needed
• Utilize SAP for financial data entry and reporting
• About 250-300 invoices a month need to be processed
• Vendor reconciliations and communications

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Houston, TX 77041.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
