Working with APIs to exchange information with other toolsWriting scripts or code to handle special logicREST APIs : For connecting to external systems, databases, or services using Genesys APIs (users, conversations, analytics, etc.)OAuth & Authentication : Managing secure access when calling external systemsconfiguring and customizing.Optional but Valuable Programming Skills-
Need additional skills on advanced or customized bot needs to be. For example :JavaScript - Often used when building connectors between Genesys and other systems. It can also help add extra logic behind the scenes (like in cloud environments such as AWS).Python - Commonly used in AI projects. If you're connecting your bot to smart services (like Google or Amazon AI tools), this can be very helpful.
