Contract Specialist

Overview

CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Contract Compliance Specialist for a government client in the Fort Worth area. As the Contract Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for transferring construction contract and professional service agreement information into a new Project Management System and troubleshooting system / contract issues with administrative managers and system administrators. Qualified candidates will have experience in data entry, contract compliance, and strong Excel skills. This is an exciting opportunity offering competitive pay, hands-on experience with project management systems, and potential contract extension.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry of contract and invoice information, ensuring compliance with legal and system requirements
• Assist in testing and researching contract and payment information
• Work in purchasing software, contract management system, and project management system
• Research, collect, analyze, and interpret financial, engineering, and legal data
• Read and comprehend contract and regulatory language while ensuring compliance with rules and regulations
