As Payroll Coordinator you will be responsible for contributing to the completion of the weekly and bi-weekly payroll processes including validating the accuracy of earnings, deductions, tax withholdings and garnishments for large volume payrolls and multiple legal entities. • Assist with the daily payroll operations for a complex, rapidly growing organization of over 10,000 employees.
• Answer employee questions concerning payroll related manners (i.e. paychecks and W-2s).
• Assist with keeping tax records up to date and accurate.
• Assist with tax research when needed.
• Stay up to date with U.S. payroll regulations, payroll tax laws, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations and timely payroll tax setup and filings
