The ideal candidate has specialized in recruiting for technical, engineering, automotive and related roles. This individual will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment - developing sourcing strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. About the Job Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute effective hiring plans across a range of technical, engineering, and corporate roles. Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Conduct prescreens, evaluate top candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Anticipate future talent needs and build proactive pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, promoting structured, bias-free interview practices. Build awareness of the employer brand through strategic social media engagement and partnerships. About You Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in Technical IT, Automotive, or Engineering disciplines. Skilled in behavioral and competency-based interviewing with strong knowledge of employment law and compliance. Experienced in sourcing strategies and ATS utilization. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. Adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This is a hybrid contract role based in the Cherry Hill, NJ area, offering between $45-$57 / hr depending on experience, this year-long contract offers a hybrid schedule with two remote workdays per week following onboarding.
