Key Responsibilities
Own the strategic planning, implementation, and management of key revenue systems, particularly Salesforce
Design, document, and optimize critical revenue processes within systems for operational excellence
Manage complex cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Revenue Systems, or Sales Operations
Deep expertise in Salesforce administration and related functionalities
Extensive understanding of GTM processes including lead management and sales funnel optimization
Proven track record managing complex CRM implementations and integrations
Hands-on experience with additional revenue tools such as marketing automation platforms
