The Idaho Health & Welfare's Continuum Care Bureau is hiring a Program Manager. The Program Manager is an essential component of the Continuum Care Bureau's mission : ensuring that youth receive the right level of care, the appropriate treatment, and the necessary duration of support. This position will be the direct supervisor to the Family Support Clinicians who provide clinical support and psychoeducation to birth, foster, post-adoption, other caregivers, aiming to stabilize youth within their communities, prevent placement disruptions, and assist with healthy Congregate Care transitions during discharge. Through immediate intervention and therapeutic strategies, the Program Manager will ensure the FSCs work to prevent youth from entering the foster care system by maintaining stability within their home environments and ensuring continuity of care. This position will further be trained to support and provide training / coaching for current and future FSC's in Brief Strategic Family Therapy working closely with the contracted agency approved by the Department. This position will be located in Caldwell.
