Position Overview
The EHR Analyst will be an integral member of the EHR team. They will provide ‘real time’ support to clinicians and business staff, help work through technical and operational issues, offer superior service and responsiveness to internal customers and work with vendors and members of the EHR team to facilitate fixes / solutions / enhancements to the system. They will update user guides, forms, tip sheets and training materials and assist with system upgrades and test scripts.

Compensation Disclosure
Starting salary range between $65,000 - $80,000
Final Compensation offered will be within pay range based on qualifications / experience met for the position
How EHR Analyst Empower Recovery
Handle production problem / issues resolution for clinical usersPlay a key / lead role in the overall support and optimization of the EHRProvide ongoing support for physician offices including troubleshooting and problem resolution.Monitor system activities, identifies issues, resolves problems, and appropriately escalates issues to manager or vendorServe as the point of contact for EHR corrections for Providers and Administrators.Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction with end usersProvide reliable tracking mechanics for changes to the EHRMaintain accurate records of all contacts made and results of inquiries.Assist clinical and technical analysts researching functionality for new enhancementsWork with Training to update support and maintenance documentationProvide key knowledge on the development and implementation of standardized, streamlined clinical contentServe as an information liaison to facilitate communication between clinical providers, technical and operational teamsLead and / or participate in clinical and functional design sessions and / or workgroups with multidisciplinary teamsParticipate in validation testing of new design / build and provide implementation supportAssist in the implementation, design, build, test and maintenance of systems to support clinical and / or financial processesQualifications
Bachelor Degree in Health Information Management, or related field, preferred.Minimum two years’ experience with Avatar or with another EHR system strongly preferredMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to communicate well with clinical staffAbility to understand and interpret clinical and technical concepts / requirementsKnowledge of behavioral / mental health / clinical workflows requiredSelf-reliant individual with strong multitasking skillsExperience with medical billing and office operations a plusMust have excellent follow through and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and prioritize work appropriately in a changing environmentWhat we offer :
