About the Job

You are an advocate of our brand. In this role and together with the Flagship team, you will :

• Strive for excellence and go beyond in every customer interaction to deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Flagship location.
• Build a loyal portfolio of existing and new customers.
• Coordinate the organizations and execution of awe-inspiring luxury events in our Flagship location.
• Be a driving force behind new and ongoing service, sales and event opportunities directly impacting our growth and success.
• Assist in planning and leading strategic plan initiatives for the Flagship in partnership with the Head of Sales and Head of Marketing.
• Pay range $32.00 - $35.00 per hour with the ability to participate in a sales incentive bonus pay program.
