Responsibilities include :

• Maintain proper accounting and financial records
• Lead an accounting staff; train, review papers, and lead development
• Manage month-end close, preparation of financial statements, and account reconciliations
• Preparation of the annual budget and forecasts
• Prepare and maintain internal financial reports for Senior leadership
• Manage internal controls, audit process, and relationship with auditors
• Assist with the state and federal tax related filings
