Job Description
Primary Duties / Responsibilities :
Support the optimization of HR Power BI dashboards and their underly data structures that track key HR metrics
Conduct analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in workforce data
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Corporate HR teams to gather insight and support your analysis
Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions
Participate in ad-hoc projects and assist with basic reporting needs, including the creation and distribution of recurring HR reports
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR data handling
Requirements
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program with a degree focus in Analytics, IO / Psych, Sociology, Human Resources, Statistics or Mathematics
