Client Service Specialist will be responsible for all incoming leads and phone calls to the Sales Department and provide client follow-up.
This role will initiate contact either by phone, texting or email and transfer contact to a salesperson upon scheduling appointments.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality, Public Relations, or Marketing field
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills required (grammar, spelling and professional presentation)
- Superior customer service skills
- Must be comfortable and personable on the phone
- Must be able to speak clear and concise English
- Written and oral fluency in Mandarin or any additional languages is a huge plus
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and think big picture while maintaining a high attention to detail
- Should possess an appetite for learning and be performance-oriented
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage database, ensuring that records are complete and current
- Recording information, processing, and filing forms
- Log all customer attempts and comments into CRM tool and schedule follow-up calls
- Confirm scheduled appointments
- Re-schedule no show customer appointments
- Follow up with sales department to find out about the appointment and the outcome
- Manage and update customer’s changes in the database
- Manage customer website requests (internet inquiries)
- Contact internet clients via email and phone to schedule sales appointments
- Notify necessary departments of appointments set
- Manage internet leads from lead receipt to vehicle delivery
- Forward any customer concerns to the correct department manager and follow up
- Manage incoming calls and schedule sales appointments off those calls
- Abiding by all company procedures and accounting principles
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Compensation : $22-28 / hr.
