Addison Group is working with a computer gaming company in search for an Oracle HCM Business System Analyst with a focus on Payroll and / or Compensation + Talent modules. Please apply below to be considered!

Base pay range

$50.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr

Day to Day

• Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll processes and systems.
• Process Analysis : Analyze existing payroll processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Solution Design : Design and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Compensation Cloud, Performance Management, and Talent Review to meet business needs.
• Implementation Support : Collaborate with technical teams during the implementation phase to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
• User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on new compensation and talent processes and systems functionalities.
• System Maintenance : Proactively monitor and maintain Oracle HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of compensation and talent processes, configurations, and system updates.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and company security policies.
