Addison Group is working with a computer gaming company in search for an Oracle HCM Business System Analyst with a focus on Payroll and / or Compensation + Talent modules. Please apply below to be considered!
Base pay range
$50.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr
Day to Day
- Requirements Gathering : Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to payroll processes and systems.
- Process Analysis : Analyze existing payroll processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Solution Design : Design and configure Oracle HCM modules such as Compensation Cloud, Performance Management, and Talent Review to meet business needs.
- Implementation Support : Collaborate with technical teams during the implementation phase to configure, test, and deploy Oracle HCM solutions.
- User Training and Support : Provide training and support to end-users on new compensation and talent processes and systems functionalities.
- System Maintenance : Proactively monitor and maintain Oracle HCM systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of compensation and talent processes, configurations, and system updates.
- Compliance and Security : Ensure processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements and company security policies.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst with specialization in Oracle HCM Compensation and Talent modules.Hands?on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation and Talent implementation and support.Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Nice to have
Experience with other Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Reporting, Payroll, Workflow, etc.Seniority level
