Pay : $18.00 - 24.00 / hr DOE
Primary Job Function : To assist with maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems, providing the customer with a quality experience.
Spend time in each department learning the trade, running parts, installing, and servicing. Within one year, this individual will be a full-time service technician and running their own jobs.
Work Hours : 40+ hours per week plus on-call and weekend work depending on demand
Required Qualifications :
- HVAC education preferred and a strong mechanical background
- Previous trade or construction background preferred
- Ability and aspiration to learn new skills
- Clean driving record and insurable driving record
- Must pass drug and background screens
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
