We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our Showroom team in Houston.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Sales Growth : Increase showroom sales by presenting and promoting our products and services to design professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Client Engagement : Conduct 10-15 sales calls per week with both residential and hospitality firms, including existing clients and cold calls.

Each call involves presenting new products and discussing items relevant to ongoing projects.

  • Library Updates : Perform 5-10 "bird calls" weekly to update and maintain client libraries.
  • Sales Targets : Be responsible for meeting individual sales goals.
  • New Client Acquisition : Develop new client relationships.
  • Manufacturer Coordination : Schedule and manage all manufacturer visits, and provide summaries during weekly team meetings.
  • Project Tracking : Identify "Top 10 Projects" and report on their progress during weekly meetings.
  • CRM Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM for all weekly meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in high-end furnishings and textiles.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with the furniture industry is an advantage.
  • Sales Record : Proven and verifiable track record of sales success, including expanding customer base and increasing sales.
