Family Support Case Aide

Seeking a caring, conscientious advocate who enjoys working with young children. This individual will possess at least a High School Diploma or GED.

They will assist in planning, coordinating and directly supervising activities for school-aged children of La Posada. They will also assist with various day-to-day programming functions, to support La Posada participants and program staff.

Position Highlights

• Assists in identifying age-appropriate educational and recreational activities and in developing short and long-term plan for children activities and workshops.
• Supports the supervision of all children in the program and monitors their safety at all times.
• Provides tutoring and homework assistance to school-age children.
• Helps facilitate safe socialization and exploration for the children.
• Actively engages children in positive educational and / or recreational activities.
• Works on other Adhoc projects as assigned by Children and Youth Support Coordinator.
