About the Role

As an SVP, Commercial Lender at First Western, you'll be at the forefront of managing and expanding our lending portfolio while acting as a trusted advisor to clients. This role combines portfolio management and client relationship development, allowing you to directly contribute to both individual and team production goals in loans, deposits, and assets under management. You'll work closely with internal partners to offer a comprehensive suite of wealth management services, all while overseeing complex loan portfolios. What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of loans, deposits, and assets under management to meet team goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering personalized financial solutions.
• Work with internal teams to provide comprehensive wealth management services.
• Process loan requests and manage them through the approval process.
• Administer complex loan portfolios, tracking covenants, collateral, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for growth within your portfolio and help clients achieve their financial goals.
