Champion empowered, outcome-based teams and ensure alignment with commercial goals for product delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years in Product Management, with 5+ years leading empowered SaaS product teams

Proven ability to scale teams and deliver outcomes in high-growth environments

Strong cross-functional collaboration experience with Engineering and Commercial teams

Experience leading or closely partnering with Product Design / UX functions

Bonus : Experience in healthcare, education, or mission-driven technology
