Part-Time Controller – Financial Services Firm

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations : Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and liquidity across entities.
- Investment Reporting : Provide in-depth support, analysis, and reporting on existing and new investments.
- Tax Management : Oversee tax planning and analysis, working with external CPA firms on tax preparation.
- Entity Operations : Handle accounting and reporting across approximately 20 entities.
- Leadership : Supervise one part-time direct report and collaborate directly with the firm's CEO.
- Client Relations : Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors and proactively adapt to their evolving needs.
Qualifications
Experience : Minimum 3 years of accounting or financial services experience.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA is a plus but not required).Skillset : Strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.Work Style : Self-starter comfortable in a tightly knit, high-responsibility environment.Why Work With Us?

Compensation - This position will pay $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Full Time Equivalence $100,000-$150,000)
Minimum of 3 years of accounting or Financial Services industry experience.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.Proficient in financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and tax planning strategies.Demonstrated expertise in working with financial tools like Sage Accounting and Excel.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative in a small, high-responsibility environment.
