Part-Time Controller – Financial Services Firm

We’re searching for a  Part-Time Controller (appx 20 hours per week)  to join a growing investment management firm. This is a unique opportunity to lead critical financial operations while working closely with senior leadership, including the firm’s founders.

This high-trust position is hands-on, offering direct access to decision-makers and the chance to grow into broader roles in investment and office leadership. Key Responsibilities

• Financial Operations : Manage cash flow forecasting, treasury, and liquidity across entities.
• Investment Reporting : Provide in-depth support, analysis, and reporting on existing and new investments.
• Tax Management : Oversee tax planning and analysis, working with external CPA firms on tax preparation.
• Entity Operations : Handle accounting and reporting across approximately 20 entities.
• Leadership : Supervise one part-time direct report and collaborate directly with the firm's CEO.
• Client Relations : Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors and proactively adapt to their evolving needs.

Compensation - This position will pay $50,000 - $75,000 per year (Full Time Equivalence $100,000-$150,000)
