A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to support and execute their client-focused CRM program.
Key Responsibilities
Support execution of CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS
Assist in the maintenance of existing Lifecycles and the creation of new ones
Own campaign QA and daily campaign scheduling to ensure timely, accurate delivery
Required Qualifications
Detail-oriented and process-driven with a strong focus on execution
High interest in CRM marketing and creating excellent customer experiences
