Job Description
Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with USDA and FDA regulations within food manufacturing processes.
Oversee industrial ammonia refrigeration systems and ensure proper maintenance and safety protocols.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce costs.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company financial goals.
Build and develop high-performing teams through leadership and mentorship.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Drive innovation and process optimization across the department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Director of Operations should have :
Proven expertise in operations management within food manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations.
Experience working with industrial ammonia refrigeration systems.
A track record of implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Proficiency in budget management and strategic planning.
