Content Quality Assurance Analyst

The Content Quality Assurance Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Sanction Screening Team by ensuring the timely and accurate acquisition and loading of exclusion and sanction data into the Sanction Screening database application.

The Content Quality Assurance Analyst conducts research on new data sources, completes acquisition of data, performs quality assurance reviews of data prior to production release, and tests web-based application updates to ensure requirements are met.

This position also supports helpdesk tracking and triaging of questions and issues.

Responsibilities

Collects and maintains a list of exclusion and sanction data sources.

Performs data entry and quality assurance reviews of data.

Ensures that new data sources are identified, data file layouts are developed, and data entered accurately for the system database updates.

Executes testing procedures to ensure web-based applications meet established quality standards.

Documents and monitors testing, bug reports and helpdesk inquiries.

Responsible for documenting, maintaining, and updating written work instructions and procedures.

Collaborates with the Database Administrator, Developer, and others to understand business or industry requirements.

Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements, Education

Strong experience with databases and database languages is required.

Strong analytical skills are required for this role.

Attention to detail is required for this role.

Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field is preferred. Related certifications may be considered for this role.

1-3 years of experience with Quality Assurance testing of web-based applications is required for this role.

Strong professional writing proficiency in English is required for this role.
