Based in NY, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a leading apparel company, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our company's future by identifying and attracting top talent. This is a permanent position that requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. The individual will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life-cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offering and onboarding.

Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
2. Manage full cycle recruiting efforts including sourcing, candidate relationship management, screening, interview process management, offer negotiation, and closing.
3. Implement innovative sourcing techniques to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
4. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy.
5. Identify key behavioral and technical competencies that drive success, develop and implement recruiting strategies, leverage online recruiting resources, and in-house ATS to identify and recruit the best candidates.
6. Provide complete, accurate, and engaging information to candidates about our company and position.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and candidates.
8. Track metrics and use data for strategic analysis of recruiting campaigns.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
3. Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or equivalent.
4. Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
5. Exceptional interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
6. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and fair employment practices.
7. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
8. Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet staffing goals.
9. Adept at establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
11. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
