Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and optimize autonomous AI agent workflows for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, multi-step reasoning pipelines, orchestration tools, and integration of external systems / APIs . This role requires strong practical implementation capabilities not just experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop autonomous AI agent workflows for decision-making, task coordination, and reasoning.
• Build and optimize LLM-driven agents capable of planning, tool usage, retrieval, and iterative improvement.
• Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise applications, knowledge bases, and vector databases .
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and prompt-chaining workflows for accuracy and reliability.
• Evaluate multiple LLMs and frameworks to determine optimal model performance for different use cases.
• Debug hallucinations, improve reasoning quality, and enhance agent reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to implement end-to-end agent workflows.
