Human Resources Manager
Full-time, on-site role based in Brentwood, CA (no relocation assistance) $150K - $180K Plus profit-based bonus
Our client, a well-established and respected manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal, high-impact role not just about compliance and policy, but about people, culture, and growth. Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in a mid-size or larger organization
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Broad generalist background across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and benefits
- Strong working knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Proven success leading organizational change and building HR processes from the ground up
- Experience managing and developing HR staff
Preferred :
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP certificationFamiliarity with family-owned or founder-led company cultureSpanish language skills (conversational or better)Responsibilities :
