Responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to the Accounting team in their daytodayresponsibilities.
Assist with research filing and dataentry efforts to ensure accurate and complete financialrecordkeeping.
Review and process invoices for paymentto vendors using Quickbooks.
Document or revise standardoperating procedures.
Contribute to special projectassignments.
Produce ad hoc reports uponrequest.
Qualifications
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures withdemonstrable coursework in managerial and financialaccounting.
Ability to compile analyze and summarizefinancial information.
Ability to plan and organize workin an efficient manner.
Ability to operate standardoffice equipment such as a computer and printer.
Abilityto use business operating software (e.g. MS Excel MSOutlook).
Ability to communicate effectively orally andin writing.
Motivation to take on new challenges andlearn as much as possible.
