In this HR role, you'll be hands-on in supporting frontline operations and people leadersmanaging employee relations, compliance, hiring, and performance programs that keep the plant running smoothly.

What's the Job?

• Provide day-to-day HR support to plant leaders and hourly team members
• Guide team members on policies, benefits, employee relations, and process questions
• Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations investigations and resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal / state labor laws and internal policies
• Support staffing and onboarding efforts for hourly and salaried roles
• Assist in talent planning, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to culture, retention, and diversity-focused programs at the plant level
• Support labor relations efforts, including grievance tracking and resolution where needed
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and data integrity
