Synergy Management Group (SMG)( ) is a consulting services startup that partners withinstitutional investors (private equity & venture capital)portfolio companies and growing businesses to evaluate designexecute and maximize growth opportunities across sourcing diligenceoperations / value creation andexit.
Weare currently executing a rapid and efficient angel / seedstagecapital raise and are seeking an experienced Investment Banker with active brokerdealer licenses to leadthisinitiative.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and refine a comprehensive investormaterial package leveraging SMGs existingassets.
- Define strategy targetelite investors and outline deal terms.
- Lead the fullcycle capital raise process includingoutreach negotiation and closing in direct coordination with theCEO.
Requirements :
- 10 years ofexperience within Angel VC andPE capital markets.
- A deep networkof connections to elite highnetworth potentialinvestors.
- Active SEC / FINRAbrokerdealer licenses in goodstanding.
- Proven track record executing capital raises ($500K$5M)for earlystage highcaliber companies.
- Excellent communication and negotiationskills.
- Ability to workindependently and manage the entire capital raiseprocess.
Compensation :
Success feebased compensation with potentialfor equity participation.
