The IT Operations and Office Coordinator is responsible for managing the daily operations and administrative functions across all IT buildings at the Shadeland Station Office Park. This role ensures a productive, efficient, and welcoming environment that supports IT caregivers and leaders in driving innovation and collaboration.

As the central liaison between IT leadership, facilities, and support teams, the coordinator champions operational excellence and continuous improvement across all administrative touchpoints.

Responsibilities

The IT Operations and Office Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations and administrative functions across all IT buildings at the Shadeland Station Office Park. This role ensures a productive, efficient, and welcoming environment that supports IT caregivers and leaders in driving innovation and collaboration. The central liaison between IT leadership, facilities, and support teams, the coordinator champions operational excellence and continuous improvement across all administrative touchpoints.

Exceptional Skills and Qualifications

Applicants for this position should be able to collaborate with others in a team setting, have excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude toward problem-solving.

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Some college coursework in business administration, facilities management, or a related field
  • Experience in administrative, secretarial, or office management roles, ideally within IT
  • Familiarity with IT terminology and office environments
  • Background in process improvement, customer service, and facilities coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable working independently and across teams
