Our established public accounting firm client in Tallahassee is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their growing team. Must have previous experience and knowledge of QuickBooks. On-site position.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities :
- Payroll reporting
- Management of invoice tracking
- Establishing financial reports
- Fast checking accounting data, documenting transaction details
- General ledger entries, reconciling entries
- Maintains accounts by verifying allocating and posting transactions
Bookkeeper Qualifications :
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Keen knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- Experience with and understanding of QuickBooks
- 3 years of experience preferred
